How do I order items from your site?
You can order items via email, reaching us via our contact page, or over the phone by calling our Toll Free number (1-888-288-0671) and speaking with one of our representatives.
To save time, have the title and catalogue number (TRA) ready before you call.
What methods of payment do you accept?
By phone we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, and Cheque. We also accept Cash and Debit in person.
What are your hours of business?
The Heritage Associates offices are open Monday - Friday from 10am - 5pm. We are closed weekends.
What’s your return policy?
With a receipt: You may return any of our products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Without a receipt: You may exchange any of our products within 30 day of purchase or receive a credit for the current listed price toward another DVD.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
Shipping is free within Canada for orders over $25.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions Monday - Friday from 10am - 5pm.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will vary depending on destination. Orders can be shipped by Canada Post Express or Canada Post Expedited.
Is there a minimum to order?
No, there is no minimum order when ordering from Heritage Associates. We're happy to fulfill your order.
What do I do if I don't see the movie I'm looking for?
If you don't see a title you're looking for don't hesitate to call and ask! Our company will search to find titles and determine if they are available.
What format are your DVD's?
Unless otherwise requested, all of titles are in NTSC format.
Do you have a store where I can shop?
Although we do not have a retail store, we do have a shoppable display section at our office showcasing all of our current titles.
